Covid 19 Update

We have implemented new practice procedures to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.

  1. Prior to your scheduled appointment please call the practice if:
    1. You have a fever, shortness of breath, a cough, flu like symptoms or recent loss of taste or smell
    2. IF in the last 14 days you have traveled by plane, tested positive for Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive

  1. A verbal COVID-19 questionnaire will be given when confirming your appointment and AGAIN at the time of your scheduled appointment

  1. When you arrive in the Parking Lot - please call 989.685.8668 - we will usher you in from the LOBBY door

  1. Please wear your own nose/mouth covering (appointment may need to be re-scheduled if you do not have a mask due to shortage of PPE)

  1. Upon entry - you will be asked to hand sanitize and your temperature will be taken

  1. If possible, use the restroom PRIOR to your appointment

  1. Credit Card payments are preferred during this time, however we will accept cash and checks - please bring your method of payment

  1. Your provider may limit conversation to what is medically necessary for your appointments due to constraints with PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) - we apologize in advance

  1. We respectfully request that you limit additional guests in the building

  1. Accommodations will be made for younger children and their parent
